About us
We Offer One Stop Solution for all Aluminum Scrap and Recycling Solutions...
Aluminium is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant metal extensively used across industries including transport, construction, packaging, electrical and machinery. It's strength to weight ratio and recyclability make it central to aerospace, automotive and consumer goods sectors.
Recycling aluminium uses only 5% of the energy compared to producing primary aluminium, supporting a sustainable circular economy.
We offer Industry Wise Solutions :
- Aluminium Recycling
- Aluminium Scrap Trading

We will help you to achieve your requirements related to Aluminium Scrap and Recycling Solutions
our working process
Veda Alumix Recycling Private Limited, we specialize in the manufacturing of highquality aluminium alloy ingots and Aluminium Scrap Trading through sustainable recycling practices. Our endto-end process is engineered for precision, quality, and timely delivery to casting industries across India.
- Sourcing & Scrap Segregation We begin with responsible sourcing of aluminium scrap from verified suppliers. The incoming material is carefully segregated to eliminate contaminants and non-aluminium content. This step ensures consistency in the chemical composition of the final alloy.
- Melting in Furnaces Sorted scrap is melted in state-of-the-art skelner and oil-fired furnaces. We maintain controlled temperature profiles to ensure uniform melting and minimal oxidation losses.
- In-Furnace Quality Inspection Before pouring, molten metal is inspected for key parameters such as silicon, copper, and iron content. Our team uses optical emission spectrometry and manual checks to verify compliance with grade specifications.

Segregation of Casting Scrap Casting scrap is carefully sorted and separated.

Feeding into Furnace Sorted aluminium scrap is fed into the furnace for melting.

Material Inspection -Material in the furnace is inspected for quality and consistency before further processing.

Adjustments are made to ensure the desired properties.

Pouring into Molds Melted aluminium is poured into molds to create ingots.
